Process

1. Mobilize & Protect

Ground protection, shrub wraps, safety perimeter, daily magnet sweep plan.

2. Tear-off & Substrate Repair

Remove existing cladding; replace compromised sheathing where moisture was trapped.

3. Moisture Management

 Install WRB with proper shingle laps; integrate window/door flashings and starter strips.

4. Install Siding & Trims

Manufacturer-spec coursing, reveals, fastener schedule; precise inside/outside corners.

5. Finish & Seal

Color-matched caulks; touch-ups; final alignment checks.

6. Closeout

Photo documentation, HOA sign-off package, workmanship warranty handoff.
